The Following policies have been
established to set a level of service you can expect from Textbooks
Plus. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please
contact any of our store managers.
RETURNS
POLICY
General
Information
1. Receipt issued by Textbooks Plus is required for any refund.
2. Any
product purchased new must be returned in
new condition.
Textbook Return Policy
1. FULL REFUND is given for any textbook returned DURING FIRST TWO WEEKS
of a school session.
2. PARTIAL
REFUND is given for any textbook returned during WEEK 3 of a school
session. Textbooks Plus will assess a 10%
RESTOCKING FEE to take a book back in WEEK 3 of a term.
3. NO REFUND DURING WEEK 4 or beyond of your school session. We assume
that you are in the class and are aware of your textbook needs if you
are purchasing a book this late in the session.
NO RETURNS AFTER WEEK 3.
Study
Aid/Reference Book Return Policy
1. FULL REFUND is given for any study aid/reference book DURING FIRST
TWO WEEKS of a school session.
2. After
the 2nd week of class you have only 3 DAYS to return items for a
full refund.
3. NO
RETURNS DURING LAST WEEK OF CLASS, LAW READING PERIOD OF FINALS WEEK.
4. No
refunds on the following items at any time:
special
orders, laminated cards, audio tapes/CDs, flash cards, software,
looseleaf books.
SHIPPING
POLICY
Textbooks Plus uses UPS to ship all packages.
UPS delivers M-F to
residential or business addresses at the rates/class of service quoted
on our website.
IF YOU
NEED SATURDAY DELIVERY please call us at 800-660-3661. SATURDAY DELIVERY
REQUIRES AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
YOU WILL
NOT BE ABLE TO ORDER SATURDAY DELIVERY VIA OUR WEBSITE DUE TO THIS FEE.
Our
goal is to ship every package within 24 hours or next business day.
Books ordered on Friday may not ship until Monday, as UPS does not pick
up packages on Saturday.
Delivery
times are estimated and can vary depending on distance, weather
conditions, delivery route and other factors outside our control.
Business
deliveries REQUIRE a signature. Generally, business locations will
receive deliveries before 5pm Monday through Friday.
Residential deliveries DO NOT require a signature and will generally be
left at your doorstep. However, if a driver feels a package might get
stolen or damaged if left at the door, he has the option to keep the
package and reattempt delivery the following day, or leave a notice on
your door and have you pick up your package at your local UPS call
center. APARTMENT COMPLEXES will generally have deliveries TO THE
COMPLEX OFFICE, not your doorstep.

feel that your book is overdue for delivery, please call our store at
407-869-7500 and we will be glad to track the package for you.
